Disneyland is for everyone!

One happy dude!
Tigger and cubs.

Cousins are the best!

Even babies love Disneyland

Four Princesses

Happy and Grumpy

We spent 3 days in Disneyland last week with 8 adults and 11 kids ranging from 4 months to 11 years old. It was a wonderful experience. It is fun to see how cousins get along and watch out for each other. They even hold Grandpa's hand on the Tower of Terror (it wasn't really that bad).

It is interesting to watch each child. Some are fearless and some just a little cautious, but all were having a blast. Our only dissapointment was not having all our family there.
Families are the best. What is the best is that we will always be family, no matter what!

Work is good!

Woman of the century!

Don't get in my way dude!

Just a few thoughts on work.

I am a sales person at a furniture store. For the Christmas season we had a small pool table for sale as a promotion. It isn't fancy, but a lot of people have really liked it. A display model was put on our floor for people to see and even to use. For the time that the pool table has been on the floor, my sales have been really good. Part of that is due to the Christmas season, but even after the holidays were over, I have continued to do better than average. I have a theory. When the store gets slow, some of the salespeople get bored and start to play pool on that table. At times there will be 4 or 5 salespeople playing. Now these are really good people. Most have more knowlege than I do, but I have an advantage. I have made it a policy to not get distracted at work. Even when it is slow I figure that there may be someone in the store who is ready to buy so I constantly walk the floor. It is surprising how many people you can dig out of the corners of the store. Just yesterday I had to major sales while my co-workers were playing pool. So what does this say. Never get distracted from your goals. Never give up and never surrender. Life is a challenge; it was meant to be! We can grow and profit from hard work and perseverence. When you get knocked down, get up and give thanks for all the blessings we all have.

Christmas thoughts

Yes, you can keep a secret from mom and dad. We thought of lots of things it could be, but we never thought of a tandem bicycle. Way to go kids! We absolutely love it.
Yes, you can still make dad cry. My birthday gift from David (in Iraq) was an USA Flag that had flown on one of the Drones David's unit flys. I was very touched and very proud of my son. In fact I am very proud of all my kids and their spouses. I couldn't ask for better kids.

This is what it looks like when your daughter launches in your lap and you aren't feeling all that good yourself. You are the man Aaron!

Who needs presents. Find a box and you too can be clone trooper!
We had a wonderful Christmas and having family around made it all the better. We missed Emily, but she was in our hearts. We love you all and we are especially happy that you are all living good lives and are great families. Having the Gospel in your lives makes all the difference. Keep up the good work.
